A Unique Dining Experience
The Front Porch Cafe is a completely remodeled 1880's mansion. Built in 1885 by the Frey Family, the home still offers the same charm as it did back then. Each one of our dining rooms has a unique fireplace and original hardwood floors. You can choose to dine in the library, the front dining room, the lounge, the upstairs dining room or the front porch. We encourage you to look around at this magnificent home. Admire the original art of local and regional artists. Enjoy dessert after dinner, while listening to live jazz. |
Bring Your Own Wine
We do not currently sell any beer, wine or spirits at The Front Porch Café, but we are pleased to offer wine service at your table so that you can enjoy your favorite bottled wine. We also allow you to bring Craft beer and spirits. Cork fee: $4 for three bottles or less - $2 for each additional bottle. Large Parties The Front Porch Cafe is a one of a kind dining experience, best suited for intimate dining. We are happy to provide accommodations for larger parties (7 or more guests) with advanced reservations. Parties of 11 or more guests can enjoy one of our private dining rooms featuring special menu and service options. Reservations for parties of 11 or more must be placed 7 days in advance. It is also possible to rent out the whole restaurant for different occasions. Please call and ask to speak to the manager when making those arrangements. Special Occasions Our dining rooms and facilities are available for business meetings, banquets, receptions and gatherings of all sizes. We use only "farm-fresh" meats, produce, fruit and the very freshest seafood, purchased from York County farms and dairies whenever possible.
Because we cook with only fresh ingredients, our menus are constantly changing to feature seasonal fruits and vegetables.
